 Today I brought some important tips for women to reduce menstrual pain.



  •  When menstruation is approaching, take a handful of coriander, crush it and put it in a glass, cover it overnight and drink it in the morning with some sugar.
  • Garlic boiled or roasted and eaten with a piece of sugarcane jaggery.
  • Take a hot water bottle and massage your lower abdomen.
  • Eat boiled or curry.
  • If the blood is coming out excessively for more than three days, cut and squeeze the leaves of Erabadu, Pavatta leaves with coconut and drink.
